Refunds

Records are non refundable but as long as they are still sealed, all the relevant stickers are attached & still in the condition they left the store in (new) they can be exchanged in store for anything. If you use the record to exchange against an item which is more in value than the original item (the record) you will pay the difference, if its less a credit note will be issued by House Of Martin.

Claims

Claims arising from damage delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to The company within seven working days of delivery. The company shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made here under, and the customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by the company promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged and return them to the company for examination.

Liability

  • If the customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, the company shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the customer credit for their invoice value.
  • If the customer establishes that any of the goods are defective the company shall, at its option replace them with similar goods or allow the customer credit for their invoice value.
  • In no circumstances shall the liability of the company to the customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.

Returns

Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after order receipt date, as long as the items are intheir original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. Failure to keep the items in an unused, resalable condition may result in a reduced refund.

House Of Martin offers a 28 day returns policy from the date of receiving the goods. In this instance all refunds exclude postage costs, unless a mistake has been made by us.

We regret that we are unable to offer this policy for on any special order, sale or clearance items unless proven faulty. Sale items may be returned within 10 days.

Specifications

The Company reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in colour, shade and size. The customer’s statutory rights will not be affected.
